Book Donations

We accept book donations in exchange for store credit and resell them as pre-loved books. Before donating, please review the following:

We cannot accept all books. For those we cannot accept, they will be placed in the free bin or discarded. If you’d like to have any unaccepted books returned, please note that when you make your donation.

Also, we want to be clear about the book donation process. Book donations are appraised and a percentage of the projected value is offered in the form of store credit, capped at $50. This is a courtesy. Book bargaining is not our core business and we are not exactly desperate for donations.

We offer this service as a courtesy to those who prefer not to throw away books because like us, they appreciate their inherent value. However, we are not interested in haggling over credit amounts or the value of used books. Once your books are dropped off, they are donated, and we will offer what we can in store credit. By dropping off and leaving your books, you are agreeing to these terms without objection.
